Small, Intimate Weddings
Plans have changed and in many cases, that means a smaller, more intimate wedding. But if you’re surrounded by the people most important to you then that is just perfect. Over the years intimate weddings have been some of my favourites. From a weekend at Glemgorm Castle with ten amazing people, to just a bride and groom and two witnesses in Sheffield City Centre. Micro weddings may be the only way to get married at the moment, but they have always been special.
Why small, intimate or micro weddings are truly special
If you had originally planned to have a bigger wedding there are some amazing reasons why smaller weddings are just perfect.
It’s just you and the people that mean the most to you
Having fewer guests means you get to spend quality time with everybody. When you have 100’s of guests that’s almost impossible.
With less to plan and organise you can concentrate on the important stuff.
Choose a unique venue
There are some amazing, boutique venues that cater for less than 50 guests. In Sheffield there’s The Mowbray, The Chimney House, Hagglers Corner to name but a few. All these are off limits when the numbers ride above 50.
If you’re swapping a huge guest list for a handful of the most important people, you can afford that amazing dress! With a more intimate wedding venue, not catering for dozens of guests, you can treat yourself to amazing food and drink.
For 2021 I have adapted my normal off-peak packages. Available for weddings taking place before the end of March 2022.
So, if you’re planning to have just witnesses, just family, or ten of your nearest and dearest at your favourite local restaurant, I have just the package for you.
