Laura and Kate’s Intimate Wedding at Sheffield Town Hall and Kelham Island.

Laura and Kate both got ready (separately!) at The Leopold Hotel, where it was just a short walk to Sheffield Town Hall for their intimate wedding ceremony. After the ceremony, they headed off to Kelham Island and the fabulous Chimney House.

The Leopold Hotel is a stunning, Sheffield wedding venue in its own right, but also a luxury, city centre, boutique hotel, the perfect place to relax and get ready. It’s also perfect if your ceremony is being held at the Town Hall! Ceremonies at the town hall also benefit from Sheffield’s superb, city centre locations, perfect for that urban wedding photography vibe.

The Chimney House in Kelham Island has to be one of the best intimate wedding venues in Sheffield. It’s such a unique space and being surrounded by Victorian, industrial architecture, it’s a wedding photographers dream. The Chimney House is part of the same group that runs the Mowbray, just over the road. The Mowbray has a similar vibe but is able to cater for more people. The thing that sets them both apart is the food and the service, The Mowbray is also a well renowned restaurant and bar. There is also an option if you are having a bigger wedding, to have your ceremony at The Chimney House and your reception at The Mowbray, perfect!

I’ve selected some of my favourite photographs from the day, showing the city centre, The Chimney House and Kelham Island as amazing wedding photography locations here in Sheffield.
